What is the Calendars Feature?

The Calendars feature in MarkiT MagniT is designed to simplify scheduling for your business. Whether it’s client appointments, internal meetings, or event planning, Calendars ensures seamless organization and integration across your workflows.


Accessing Calendars

Log In: Visit https://app.blacklabeltechnology.com/ and log into your MarkiT MagniT account. Navigate to Calendars: On the left-hand menu, click on Calendars.

1. Customizable Scheduling

Create multiple calendars for different team members, services, or locations. Set availability and buffer times to manage your day effectively.

2. Automated Booking

Allow clients to book appointments directly from your website or email campaigns.Automatically confirm bookings and send reminders to clients.

3. Team Collaboration

Share calendars with your team to coordinate schedules effortlessly. Assign appointments to specific team members.

4. Integrations

Sync with Google Calendar or Outlook to manage appointments across platforms. Integrate with the Conversations feature to follow up with clients post-appointment.


Setting Up a Calendar

Step 1: Create a New Calendar

Go to Calendars from the left-hand menu. Click the + New Calendar button in the top-right corner. Name your calendar and select its purpose (e.g., "Consultations,"

"Team Meetings").

Step 2: Configure Availability

Set your working hours and days. Add buffer times between appointments to prevent overbooking. Save your changes.

Step 3: Share Your Calendar

Generate a booking link for clients by clicking Share Link. Embed the calendar on your website or send it via email.


Managing Appointments

Viewing Appointments

Open your calendar to see all scheduled appointments for the day, week, or month.

Rescheduling or Canceling

Click on an appointment to view details. Select Reschedule or Cancel, then notify the client automatically.

Adding Notes

Click on an appointment and add internal notes visible only to your team.


Advanced Features

Automated Reminders

Configure email or SMS reminders to reduce no-shows.Navigate to Settings > Reminders.Set up custom reminder templates and timings.

Group Appointments

Allow multiple participants to book the same time slot for group events.
